There I was, minding my own business, standing in an airport lounge waiting for a cocktail, when a woman in the most fabulous sneakers appeared. They had a cool vintage look that instantly caught my eye. They looked so chic, that I instantly forgave them for being New Balances, and rushed to the Internet to purchase them. And now, every time I wear them, someone stops to ask where I got them.

So let me tell you everything.

The New Balance 327s in the black/white/gum sole color way were so hard to find that I had to purchase mine on StockX.  But thanks to Anthropologie, they are in stock in sizes 5-11 for $100.

The sneakers just look cool.  They’re relaxed.  They’re a little unique with the raised gum sole extending back onto the heel, and the black and white is perfection with leggings.  I adore them.  Can’t get enough.  

Oh, and they’re stupid comfortable.  Why?  Because they’re so light.  I like my leather Nikes, but wearing these makes the Jordans feel impossibly heavy.  These sneakers look chunky, but they are light as a feather — a gift to those of us who like to feel like we’re wearing no shoes at all.  

Seriously, don’t miss these.  And if you want a lighter color way for summer, try these.
