With the days getting longer, it’s time to think about spring. Adding a few transitional basics to your wardrobe is a great place to start. This striped shirt is where I’ve started.
I love the wider stripe on this Boden shirt. There are many great striped shirt options out there right now, but I love this one for the price (sizes 2-22). J.Crew has one with a bold cuff. Ralph Lauren makes a fabulous tunic-length top.
This item is one that blends into almost any wardrobe. Check back this afternoon for two ways to style it.

I’ve been eyeing this beauty for a while, but maybe for too long, since it’s selling out in my size…

I was wondering if people could chime in on their thoughts regarding sizing; to get that beautiful, oversized but not sloppy look, should we size up? Or are most button downs designed to be oversized already?
Most will say if it’s an oversized fit. I go with my usual size.
I think those fit better than getting a regular/more fitted size and picking a larger size.
I own several versions of Loft’s Everyday oversized shirt, and find it to be the perfect amount of oversized-yet-polished (in my normal size), whether tucked into jeans or just wearing over leggings. I see they have striped version currently on sale in most sizes — I might have to snag it too.
