The Find: The Perfect Cable Cardi

Sometimes I find an affordable piece that just seems too good to be true. I’ve been on the hunt for a chunky, belted cable cardigan for months. So when I spotted it at H&M for under-$50, it was an immediate buy.
This cable cardigan has a wonderful mixed knit, a simple shape, and a cozy feel. It looks as good with jeans a tee as it does belted over an ivory sheath. I would recommend layering it over an ivory sweater and a pair of olive pants.
H&M has a lot of nice sweaters right now. Their cardigan selection is especially good. This wrap front cardigan joined the belted one in my closet.

This sweater is exactly what I’m looking for, but I worry about H&M quality. I associate them with trendy, throw away clothes. Do their sweaters last a few years?
I’ve had good luck with their sweaters. I wash them on cold, delicate in a lingerie bag and keep them folded instead of hung.
