I didn’t realize how much of my waking hours were now spent thinking about food. How much of my time I spend planning for it, shopping for it, cooking it, dreaming about it. But now that I’m trying to regain control of my eating habits, turning off that part of my brain to focus on eating healthy is a real challenge.
