This thyme, rhubarb and grapefruit cocktail is one of the most inventive recipes that I’ve seen in a long time. The blogger at Top with Cinnamon has the recipe for the rhubarb-grapefruit syrup that you mix with vodka. She also has some interesting ideas about how to turn a Mason jar into a cocktail shaker.
Mango is having a huge sale. It’s one of my places to find under-$100 dresses for special events or just everyday wear. This open-work dress is a great choice (it also comes in black). This burgundy, fitted dress is another stylish option. This Mango panel contrast dress has a modern look with a faux-leather bodice.
Mango’s Violeta line, which fits sizes 10 and above, offers this gorgeous Blonda dress in midnight navy. This cotton-blend shift is a versatile choice that you can style for day or evening.

I’ve never heard of Mango’s Violeta line. What is their sizing and quality like? Their website doesn’t seem that great. How is ordering, customer service, returns, etc.?

I hate to admit it, but I’ve shopped Mango both online and in stores many times, and I would not recommend them. I can’t speak to the Violeta line specifically, but I’ve found their clothing to be cut very boxy and of poor quality (think H&M but for 3x the price). They ship from their HQ in Spain, so shipping takes a while, and I’ve had really bad experiences with their customer service. I’ve only ever done returns in store because you have to pay for return shipping. Every once in a while I find something there that is worth the sale price and actually fits, but, for the most part, I think Mango is a dud.

Returns can be a pain. But I’ve been generally happy with the jackets that I’ve purchased from there. Not sure about the Violeta line.
