Ask the Edit: Summer Dresses

I feel like I need a unicorn. I want dresses for summer that 1) have sleeves, 2) don’t have puff sleeves, 3) aren’t nap dresses, 4) aren’t prairie dresses, and 5) don’t cost over $200. Everything I find seems to have puff sleeves. That’s not me. I’m an accountant in a business casual but more business type office.
