The best recommendation for a product is that it was emptied and replaced. Here are my most recent re-purchased products.
Lume Deodorant // In my past life in government, I couldn’t use anything but clinical strength antiperspirant. The stress sweat, the running up three flights of stairs to intercept an elected official, the unexpected half mile trek across the Capitol campus to make a meeting — there was no room for error with underarm sweat. But life is quieter now, and I don’t sweat like I used to.
I love Lume deodorant. I don’t like fragrance, but I find this Tangerine scent light enough to wear. They also make an unscented deodorant. If you struggle with body sweat, they also make cream deodorants that apply like lotion.
I’ve emptied and replaced this product so many times now. Megababe sent me a big PR package, and I haven’t even been tempted to try it because this is my brand.
Redness Corrector // When I don’t wear makeup, I always (ALWAYS) put on redness correcting cream. I find it just evens out my complexion.
I used up all of my Erborian CC Cream a few weeks ago, and I promised myself that I would use up all the Cicapair before I bought more. Both are great products, but I like the Erborian better. It feels lighter on my skin, but I’m told the Cicapair is the better choice if you have a lot of redness. If you need a drugstore dupe, I bought this Hero cosmetics corrector on a business trip and it works well for less money.
K18 Leave-In Hair Repair // I use a lot of heat on my hair and I need this leave in cream to keep my ends from looking frazzled. This K18 product is a forever rebuy. I gave a bottle to a friend who has curly hair, and she was sold after the first use.
Farmacy Gel Moisturizer // My skin doesn’t need much added moisture. It’s naturally oilier and I try to keep the products to a minimum these days. But sometimes it just needs a little drink. This Farmacy Daily Greens Gel Moisturizer hydrates parched skin without turning my face into an oil slick. If you like a lighter moisturizer in the summertime, this is the one for you. This is my fifth jar, and I have no plans to switch to another.
Topicals Faded Brightening Eye Masks // Have dark circles? These Topical masks are the only under eye masks that decrease puffiness and soften darkness. Every other mask is a scam. I keep these in my purse and give them to my hairdresser, my pilates instructor, and strangers I meet at brunch — they’re like Costco samples. “No, try it. It’s like a vacation for your eyes.” Nothing but sleep, water, and antihistamines will fix dark circles, but these soften, and sometimes that’s all I need.
Prequel Face Wash // Last week, I drove to Montana for a three day trip. I packed in such a hurry that I left my Prequel face wash behind. By day two of using gentle Cetaphil cleanser, my face was so broken out that I could barely believe it. I haven’t had a breakout in two years, and I honestly thought it was a hormone shift. Nope, it’s the face wash.
I’ve been back home for two days and my face has almost completely cleared up. My skin is brighter, less dry, doesn’t feel as itchy and tight. And I will never leave home without face wash again.
If you haven’t tried Prequel yet, do. I always thought I needed acne face wash, but my skin just needed a rest. This gentle cleanser is everything. You can also pick it up at Target.
So what products are you emptying and restocking? Leave them in the comments.

Hi! I think the link for the Erborian CC Cream goes back to the Lume Amazon link?
Thanks for flagging. Here is the link. https://shopstyle.it/l/cpoS5
You suggested the Prequel face wash, I’m on my third bottle. My sensitive skin has never responded to a product so well. I use it on my face, chest, and upper back. No breakouts, no itching, no redness. Forever rebuy, indeed.
Don’t bother with the Cicapair if you’re olive skin toned – or if you a more melanin toned – it’ll unfortunately make you look like an ashy/grey toned corpse 🙁
Bought Prequel face wash at your recommendation and LOVE it and the vitamin C serum.
Prequel added a $5 travel-size gleanser to the website. The bottle opening is small so it will probably be too hard to refill, but I ordered a few. I hope they keep it, I’d happily order off the website and throw these in to catch the free shipping minimum.
Good pro tip. Thanks!
I can’t go back to other products after using Prequel. I’m on the Vit C serum, the multi-quench and the AHA peel. Now I just need them to come out with a retinoid!
