I’m in Salt Lake for a business trip, and that means I had an entire Sunday to myself. I got up, went for a walk, got a coffee, and headed to a nearby Nordstrom Rack to search the rounders. Here are a few of the awesome pieces I found.
This dress from Derek Lam is incredibly versatile. It’s the perfect conference dress — wear it with a blazer or cardigan during the day, switch shoes for the evening, or pair it with flat sandals and denim jacket for a casual dinner. It comes in three colors and really can do anything.
There were several great pieces from Frank & Eileen on the racks. This Barry shirt, in a breezy sand and white palette, caught my eye. Wear it with white jeans or white shorts.
These 7 for all Mankind jeans are the perfect thing for summer. I love the bright wash with a slightly distressed look.
Need a spring work shoe? These sleek slingbacks from Journee come in a bunch of colors. The square cut of the vamp and kitten heel also give them a modern look.
Rag & Bone makes fantastic blazers. They’re well made, cut in classic shapes, and wear well. This collarless Amaya jacket is slightly cropped, making it the perfect thing to wear over dresses or with high waist jeans.
I bought this Nordstrom dress last year, and it’s fantastic. A great casual Friday dress. And at this price, it’s even better.
This Urban Expressions bag is a great choice for travel, errands, or work. The shoulder drop makes it easy to wear. And the textured exterior is very unique. Also in black.
