What’s a timeless print that anyone can wear? Stripes. Even if you’re a dedicated wearer of solids, you can make a print work. Here are a few pieces for spring that made the cut.
This striped tee from J.Crew Factory is a fun option. It comes in beige-tan, navy, and a bright, fun yellow. The button sides are also a fun detail. This is a great throw on piece that still brings a little something to the party.
This Spanx Air Essentials dress is on my spring wish list. I love the thicker, soft fabric; it’s divine. The classic black and white stripe is nice. And this dress has my favorite feature: side slits. They keep maxi dresses cool even on hot days. Runs XS to 3X.
Prefer a long sleeve version (good for chilly WFH situations)? Tuckernuck has a great one.
This Madewell With a Twist shirt gives you two different stripes in one garment for an unexpected pattern play. I think the thinner stripes make this top a bit more wearable. Also, the shirt comes with an extra button on the waist so you can restyle it into a wrap top.
This Iris & Ink dress gives you the look of a solid with a tonal, stripe-effect made with pleats. This is a great dress for Friday’s in the office, if your in a professional attire workplace, or Wednesdays in the office, if you’re in a more casual, hybrid environment.
This multi-stripe sweater from Boden is really a fun piece. I love pink and red stripes for adding some vibrancy to your wardrobe. There’s also a polo in this color palette from Anthropologie, and a cardigan from English Factory. For my money, I’m thinking about adding this Hilfiger “cool girl” sweatshirt.

Each of these is a winner! I’m especially a fan of that dress!
