Have you tired of the Sephora Sale content yet?

How about a new rule?  Influencers can’t sell you anything they didn’t actually buy at this sale.  No more, I would have bought… or I really love, but didn’t need … or I’ve used before.  Only what you actually purchased.  If you didn’t need it on sale, today, at present, it doesn’t count.  The posts would be a lot shorter that way. I’ll start.

01. Westman Atelier Skin Activator // This serum is a new-to-me purchase.  I usually just pick up beloved products at the Sale, but so many of my friends extoll the glories of this hydrating, toning, wrinkle-fighting serum/primer, that I had to try it.  There was no way around it.  And given that the combination of indoor air and freezing temps is badgering my skin, I need this hydrating miracle to arrive STAT.  Will report back.

02. Dr. Jart Clearing Mask // Do you have acne?  After three masks in seven days, you’ll be shocked by the improvement.  I use one every 10-days, and two the week before my cycle.  My acne is 80% better when I use them.  Sometimes, if my hormones are in balance, 100%.  I am never without them.  Yes, $9 a throw is not cheap.  But I have spent so, so, so much more to get less.

03. Sephora Eyebrow Pencil // I need a micro-sized chisel tip to fill in my brows without looking like a Kardashian.  This Sephora pencil is a very affordable option that comes in lots of colors.  I wear the Neutral Grey Brown.

04. Ouai Volume Spray // This volume-lifting spray is the best.  Not crunchy.  Not drying.  Just a lift that lasts.  I buy it every sale.  Every.single.sale.

05. Topicals Faded Brightening & Clearing Eye Masks // Do you know how many under-eye masks I’ve used to relieve puffiness and dark circles?  The answer is all of them.  For many years, I loved the gold ones from Amazon, and then, I got worried about the ingredients, when a dermatologist told me that they’re produced with unverifiable ingredients.  “Most people assume there’s animal collagen, but from what animals, raised in what conditions?” That thought will sober you up real quick.

But these Topicals Eye Masks are amazing.  Thick, soothing, and brightening.  I love them.  Do they completely fix the under-eye darkness of a woman with a 14-month-old?  No, but they come damn close.

06. Caliray Tubing Mascara // I buy several mini-sizes of this mascara at every sale. It’s my favorite.  And with the mini-size, I can swap it out whenever I need a new tube, without throwing away a lot of product.

07. Bobbi Brown Under-Eye Corrector in Bisque // I recently purchased a refill of this product that came in stick form.  I’m sorry to say, it wasn’t as good.  The creamy consistency of the pot version just blends better.  So I snapped up several at the Sale in case they’re about to switch all the packaging over to the stick.  My crisper drawer is about to be nothing but cosmetics and Sloane’s kiwi snacks.
