Blackheads are one of the most common skin concerns for women of all ages. There are many treatments you can try, here are a few of my favorites.
The Best Mask
Tony Moly makes a lot of affordable, effective products. There Tako Pore Collection treats blackheads. This Pore Pack is the best product in the line; it’s a peel off mask that shrinks pores and helps pull-out impurities.
The Best Treatment
CosRX makes some of the best skincare treatments that I have ever used. Their Blackhead Power Liquid contains 4% BHA, 2% Niacinamide and willow bark to exfoliate, reduce congestion, and control oil production. It’s effective on several kinds of acne, but it’s most effective on blackheads. Apply it with a cotton round or swab and not your fingers.
The Best Low Tech Tool
You can’t get much more low tech than a scrubber, but this one from Daily Concepts helps you scrub those hard to reach places. I also like these blackhead scrub brushes, but the silicone tool is easier to keep clean.
The Best High Tech Tool
Dermaflash’s Pore Extractor and Serum Infuser uses vibrations and hear to pull out impurities in your pores. It works on blackheads, white heads, and cystic spots (though that takes several treatments). I own one, and if I have a stubborn blemish, it can help empty it without picking or squeezing. And if you have blackheads, it can instantly clear clogs.

The philosophy purity made simple pore extractor is also amazing but it may be a bit to harsh for sensitive skin. My skin absolutely loves it and I can definitely tell when I run out and stop using it regularly.
The cosrx BHA is great! I use this method (the blogger also uses this product but says any BHA will work) and find it works really well, my pores never feel cleaner than after I do this. A little time consuming but I work other treatments into the down time. https://fiftyshadesofsnail.com/2015/03/28/how-to-shrink-pores-temporarily-plus-3-pore-myths/
