The Find: Abercrombie is Back

Mar 30, 2022

Everything ’90s is new again.  (It’s a lot to process sometimes.) So it should come as no surprise that some of the classic ’90s retailers are reborn with new life.  Abercrombie & Fitch has become a great place to shop for trendy pieces, and this dress is a great one.

This nap dress-like option is a great choice for summer.  The straps are wide enough that you can wear a bra.  And the dress comes in seven colors and prints, the black being the most wearable.

The dress also comes in petite and tall.  Sizing runs from XXS to XL, or 0-18. I sized up to make it maternity wear (it’s loose fitting, so it worked).

Not feeling the smocked dress?  This floral printed v-neck dress looks like the perfect choice for a vacation.

I have never ordered a dress so fast in my life.

Love this dress! Trying it in the purple 🙂 Abercrombie denim is also (amazingly) really great right now; fairly size inclusive, great washes and very high quality for the price!

I had this dress from Abercrombie& Fitch in the early 90s (pre shirtless models, when it was still pretty preppy) but it was knee-length! Cobalt blue and black. I wish I still had those

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.

Too Many Tabs: April 19, 2024

This week, I fell mindlessly into my phone more than I think I ever have. My screen time went from 3.5 hours per day to 5 hours per day. But the increased eye strain did lead to some good finds. Just going to leave this right here.  (I really need to work on “Didn’t make […]

The Find: My Best Workout Shorts

For eight years, I have worn the same workout shorts. Every year, an influencer tries to sell me new shorts. I order them. I try them on. They pale in comparison to the shorts I already own. I return them.
