The Find: A Stylish Casual Dress

Jan 13, 2022

Workplace not as dressy as it once was?  Can what used to be casual Friday attire now pass for every day attire?  This sleek jersey dress is the answer.

This slightly a-line Longsleeve Pocket Tee Dress is a great under-$100 option for work or weekend.  It has a relaxed, but not oversize fit.  It’s also made of a soft, ribbed knit that is perfect for layering.  Runs XXS to XXL.

How do you handle the cling factor, especially if paired with tights or leggings? With a thinner material, I can totally see this being an unfinished disaster.

Love the dress, but as someone under 5’1, longer dresses never seem to fit right unless they come in a petite size. I don’t understand why petite sizing is so hard to come by. A lot of times, I notice brands make versions of an item in plus size—which is great! I’m all for more size inclusivity!—but not petite size versions and I don’t understand why they won’t if they’re already making extended size versions.

The Find: My Best Workout Shorts

For eight years, I have worn the same workout shorts. Every year, an influencer tries to sell me new shorts. I order them. I try them on. They pale in comparison to the shorts I already own. I return them.
