The Find: Jewelry Week

Jan 25, 2021

Whether you’re headed to the office or grinding it out on Zoom calls, a great piece of jewelry can freshen up an old outfit.  Choosing something with a little more impact can lift a whole look and give you that new outfit feeling without the new outfit.  So this week, I thought I’d share some great jewelry to give you a boost.

These incredible carnelian earrings from Madewell are modern and feminine.  I love the drop charm style to jazz up simple hoops.  The amber color is unexpected and unique.  And the price?  Very affordable at <$30.

Like this style?  These enamel and freshwater pearl hoops from Kate Spade are fantastic.  These Soko Mua charm hoops are decorated with simple discs.  And these cluster hoop earrings from LOFT have charms in the most gorgeous colors.

Prefer white metal?  Try these Biko 2-in-1 mini hoops or these affordable Lucky Brand teardrop hoops.

Love the jewelry week suggestion! Would you consider posting a few options for coordinating a look with two piercings in an ear. I always struggle with matching earrings and finding options that are professional.

The Range: Best Picks from Ann Taylor

One of the questions that is often asked about D.C. fashion is: Why is there so much Ann Taylor? The answer is simple enough — the hemlines are long enough, the styles are easy to wear, almost everything is machine washable, and it’s easy to find pieces for professional offices or casual ones. Plus, there’s […]

The Range: Trouser Jeans

Yesterday, we chatted about not-see-through tees. Today, I want to talk about jeans. I am so grateful wide leg denim is back in a big way. And if you’re going to the office, you need a trouser style jean to see you through the week (or just casual Friday). Here are some favorites in different […]
