Brand Favorites: Missoma Jewelry

Jun 30, 2020

It’s an odd time to shop for clothes.  Do you want to invest in new work attire when you’re on work from home?  Shoes and bags feel especially useless when we’re barely leaving the house.  But jewelry, jewelry is always in season.

Missoma is one of my favorite mid-price jewelry lines.  The pieces are modern and impactful, yet classic enough to wear for years to come.  Here are a few of my favorite pieces.

Small Pave Wishbone Huggies

Gold Tidal Ring

Silver Mini Ovate Huggies (also in yellow gold)

Gold Coterie Chain Necklace

Gold Bond Ring

Malachite Mini Ovate Hoops

Speaking my language here! My weight has fluctuated like crazy during quarantine as I vacillate between “food is a joy and comfort” and “this is my chance to work out during the time I’d usually be commuting” so I haven’t wanted to buy clothes, but I’ve been shopping jewelry more than ever!

Seconding the prior comment, I am also purchasing more jewelry and enjoying it. And many thanks for recommending the Origins ‘Out of Trouble’ mask, I bought it and it’s great!

I love these pieces! Thanks for sharing! I love that tidal ring! For the last 3 years, I’ve been a big fan of Gorjana jewelry – I have a few necklaces and a pairs of earrings, but I reach for them nearly every morning.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
