The List: Chic Sunglasses Under-$75

Jun 24, 2019

Everyone wants a cool pair of sunglasses for summer, but sunglasses can be expensive.  Finding cute pairs at affordable prices (that also have good UV protection) is a challenge.  Here are seven budget-friendly pairs that caught my eye.

BP. Harren Sunglasses ($25)

Cole Haan Polarized Aviators ($40)

Quay After Hours Square Sunglasses ($55)

AQS Alfie Sunglasses ($39)

Le Specs The Force Smoke Sunglasses ($59)

Quay Cat-Eye Sunglasses ($39)

Matt & Nat Moss Glasses ($70)

Matt & Nat has so many great sunglasses, many in crazy styles.  Check them out.

Do you have any good tips for ordering sunnies online that will be flattering/fit you?

Find a pair you think look good on you that you already own. Measure them horizontally and vertically. That is the size (in mm) you should use as a guide. Size is the biggest thing that makes sunglasses look off. Other than that, experiment with shapes and color. Over time, you’ll learn what else doesn’t work. In my case, no round sunglasses.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
