I’m sick, and somehow, getting sicker.  I may summon some energy to make my favorite soup this afternoon, Avgolomeno.  It’s the Greek equivalent of chicken noodle, and it is so delicious.  This is my favorite recipe, mostly because it’s simple and easy.  Now, if only there was someone here to cook it for me…

    Also, If you like Avgolemono, try Chikhirtma (Georgian Chicken Soup, also with egg & lemon, plus dill & cilantro). I use a recipe from… Delicious!
