I posted a link to this Vince Camuto Sweater Dress ($139, also in petites) in late December.  Since then, nearly ten readers have e-mailed to let me know how much they love it.  Given that this is something of a rarity, I thought I should post it again.

The dress looks like the perfect thing for a day when you want to be comfortable, but you need to look professional.  The Spanx 60 Denier tights are my current favorite. If you need an inexpensive brand, ASOS 80 denier tights are the way to go.

I have been eyeing the CK v-neck sweater dress for almost a month! Not sure if I like the blue/black or the oatmeal/black better.

  2. A.J. says:

I also bought it and wore it the day after it arrived (so, last Thursday.) One problem I had though was I wore a thick ribbed tight (I live in Minnesota) and after taking off my big puffer jacket at work, the static was INSANE. Plus it seemed attracted to the ribby-ness of the tights in general. I think I’ll wear a slip next time to see if that helps.

  3. Anna says:

Are the Spanx tights constricting? I would end up with stomach cramps by the end of the day when I’ve worn Spanx tights in the past.

  4. CeeCee says:

What is the fit of this dress? True to size? Nordstrom tells me an XS is a 2/4…

This weekend, I got two hours to myself for the first time in months. Really to myself. My child was asleep. My dogs were asleep. Kyle was off playing cards with his friends. My house was clean, and there was nothing else to do but sit in my bed and scroll Instagram. It was glorious. […]

November AMA: You Asked, I Answered

Another month has come and gone, and between a busy work schedule, illness and the search for new childcare, I almost forgot to ask for questions for the AMA.  Luckily, I remembered late last night.  So here we go. I always think it’s funny when people send rude or overly personal questions when I put […]
