Morning Line: April 23

Apr 23, 2015

After last week’s shoe posts, a friend asked if there is an alternative to snakeskin or snakeskin-look pumps. She hates snakes, and has no desire to wear anything that looks like their skin.  For similar versatility, try a black-and-white printed shoes are your best bet.

Charlotte Russe d’Orsay Pump ($26)

These Charlotte Russe pumps are an affordable speckled print.  Saks Fifth Ave. makes a pump with a crosshatch print.  If you prefer a pump with more black, both French Connection and Loeffler Randall make a d’Orsay style pump with a black-and-white vamp and black heel.

Want flats?  Sole Society offers their Quinn flat in both black-and-white dot print and a narrow stripe print.
