Happy Hour: Back to the Bar

It’s been awhile since we had a Happy Hour post on Friday, so let’s delve back into the world of homemade cocktails with Smitten Kitchen’s Bourbon Slush Punch (photo c/o).  Her recipe contains black tea, orange juice, bourbon, lemon juice and mint, making it the perfect end-of-summer cooler.  And look at the froth on the top!  How do you look at that and not want to pull up a patio chair and sip til your heart’s content?

Lush Knit Maxi Dress ($39)

It’s just two LONG weeks until my vacation.  And if I can still remember my own name after law school finals, you’ll find me poolside.  Which means, pool covers.
