1. J.Crew Cotton-Tweed Top ($78) // 2. Two-Tone Frame Bracelet ($34) // 3. Cynthia Rowley Panel Dress ($329) // 4. Topshop Lurex Pencil Skirt ($76) // 5. Pour La Victoire Candence Boots ($352) // 6. Gap Wool Moto Jacket ($128) // 7. Madewell Stacking Rings ($28)

One.  A tweed top is on my winter shopping list.  I also looked at this Banana Republic top and this Ella Moss shirt with faux-leather piping.  But the mix of colors on this J.Crew top is more my speed.

Two.  I’ve been looking for bracelets with both silver and gold tones so that I can mix-and-match my jewelry using the two-tone pieces as an anchor.  This hinge bracelet from Madewell has a modern look to it.  I also found this Lucky Two-Tone Bangle Set and this Dillard’s Ovals Hinge Bangle, both under-$50.

Three.  Dark green is a great fall/winter color.  It mixes well with every neutral from navy to camel or black.  I found this versatile long-sleeved Ralph Lauren dress that could be worn during the daytime or the evening.  Intermix also has two great cocktail/dinner dresses for sale from its in-store collection.  I like this sleeveless flared dress and this colorblock, short-sleeve dress.  Plus-sized readers should check out this draped Michael Kors dress.

Four.  How fabulous is this navy skirt with a bit of Lurex?  I love the shimmery quality.  I’d wear it with a navy blouse and a fitted black blazer for day, and a navy silk tank and grey satin shoe for evening.

Five.  I’m trying to find a pair of ankle boots that will work for dress and casual attire, but that don’t won’t make me look like I have hooves.  It’s proving to be a challenge.  I like these Pour la Victoire boots because the rise in the front and the buckle detail give them a stylish look.  These brown Nine West Mainstay boots are similar, and these black Sam Edelman boots also caught my eye.

Six.  This Gap Moto jacket comes in this midnight navy color and heather grey.  It’s the perfect casual jacket for chilly weather.  I think it would look smashing layered over party dresses, like this strapless, structured sheath.  Looking for something under-$100?  Try this knit moto-jacket from LOFT, or this Jones New York Signature jacket.

Seven.  I bought this Malachite ring set, and I love it so much that I think I may buy the blue one as well.  The mix of ring designs is perfect for layering, and if you can swing it, I recommend you buy two sizes to you can wear them on multiple fingers.  I also adore the matching earrings.  That’s a lot of chic for $28.

Belle, I got these boots at target recently because I wanted to try the trend before investing a lot- in person, they’re way cuter than they look online, and the chunky heel makes them comfortable!

Speaking of Target, I found a very similar-looking moto jacket to #6, the Gap Wool Moto Jacket for $128. The jacket from Target https://www.target.com/p/xhilaration-juniors-blazer-black/-/A-14706106#prodSlot=medium_1_23 is just $35.00 though, and yes… provides absolutely nothing for warmth, but I tried it on and it fits really well. It’s a great “going out” jacket, and though 65% wool, it’s not like Gap one would be much warmer considering it only sits on the waist. An added plus of the Target jacket is I have excessively long arms so it’s hard to find jackets with those precious extra inches, which it had!
