Happy Hour: Grapefruit Mojitos

When I originally spotted these Grapefruit Mojitos on Pinterest, all I could think was, “Yes. Yes, I need that.” The perfect combination of sour, sweet and herbs, this cocktail from Iowa Girl Eats will be served at many upcoming rooftop dinner parties. Heck, I may stop at the grocery store on the way home for a few Ruby Reds.
The dress is a little June Cleaver, but that’s what I like about it. It’s perfect for a summertime dinner party. I also like this chambray number.

If you like the grapefruit mojito, try the Spicy Grapefruit Margarita– grapefruit juice, tequila infused for 2-3 hours with a couple seeded serrano peppers, a little simple syrup or agave, over ice. Super good.
I usually love everything you post, but this dress totally missed the mark. It’s very matronly and not at all representative of the fun, confident outfits I look forward to seeing on CHS.
