Giveaway Winner: Lo & Sons, Part Deux

Nov 20, 2012

The Lo & Sons bags continue to be a popular giveaway item on the blog.  And why wouldn’t they be?  Everyone I know who carries one, whether it’s the O.M.G. bag or the Travel Tote, loves their bag–the pockets, the durable materials, the functionality.

The winner of last week’s giveaway is number 619.  That comment belonged to Caro whose least favorite trend is:

“Thanks Belle! I’m so over Toms… I caved and bought a pair just as commute shoes but not only did they fall apart in a matter of a few months, I don’t like how the name is splashed all over four times.”

This Lo & Sons bags are truly fantastic, and if you didn’t win that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. The good folks at Lo & Sons are offering Capitol Hill Style readers a 30% discount on all purchases during the month of November just use the code CAPHILLSTYLE1.

A Lo & Sons bag would make a great gift for a college student, a young professional or a mom who needs a bag with lots of pockets.  Once you have one, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Hi Belle, Thanks for posting the promo code! I have been looking for a great bag to use while commuting. Quick question though – when you use a large bag to commute do you use it as a purse replacement? Or do you shove your purse into the bag? Thanks so much!!

I didn't win, but wanted to thank you Belle for posting the info on Lo & Sons and generously offering the giveaway. This blog is how I originally found out about them, and bought the OG, which I love. Torn between getting the tote and the OMG next!

  3. Belle says:

J: I don't usually commute with mine, because I don't need much for work anymore. Miss M carries her OMG and shoves a small purse inside.

I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the info on this bag! I've been searching high and low for months. The morning the contest post appeared, I spoke to a woman on metro who was rocking a beautiful blue OMG bag. She raved, mentioned finding discount codes online and the next thing I knew, I found a great new blog and bought a great new bag. Ordered the red – it's stunning. Thanks!
