For the Office.  The muted raisin color of this skirt makes it perfect for autumn. I paired it with the taupe-colored silk blouse for an easy look and added the amber bib necklace for contrast.  I would have preferred a wood necklace, but I couldn’t find quite what I was looking for even though this long wood chain came close.

I added a chocolate brown shoe and a teal bag.  I’m not sure why, but peacock teal and dark purple/burgundy has become my favorite color combination.  And then I added the ring with hues of blue, teal, taupe and purple to pull it all together.  I have this ring, similar to the one above, and I get compliments on it all the time.

For the hair, you could pull it up or wear it down.  I would probably go with down, loosely waved.  For the makeup, stick to shades of berry for the lip and the nails.

For the Weekend.  This look was inspired by a very popular photo on Pinterest that combines coral and leopard.  I adore the fit and look of this coral blazer from J.Crew, but if you’d like a jacket for under-$50, this one from Charlotte Russe is also nice.

This leopard scarf has a great texture and feel (I own the pale grey one.), and I love how it stands out against the dark coral blazer.  If you’d like the same look for less, this scarf from Arden B. is pretty close.  I also added the Rebecca Minkoff clutch with the gold hardware to pull the scarf and the shoes together.  Need something under-$50?  This bag from Urban Expressions has the gold hardware/chain and a similar color.

Lastly, I adore the way these gold studs are accented with silver/grey sparkles.  I think they would make a great piece for someone who likes to wear both silver and gold.

For the hair, I’d wear it up in a low bun.  For the makeup, I would keep it neutral with defined eyes and sculpted brows.  I’d also keep my nails a subtle shade of sheer pink.

Love both outfits! But I think Kenneth Cole ripped off lia sophia's Sugar Dusted earrings
linktext … the lia sophia ones have been around for a couple years now and these are almost identical.

Love the casual Friday outfit! my office doesn't do “casual” but I might lobby to implement it. Those flats are so fun, and I love the coral blazer.

Well, I officially ordered the earrings. Mixed metal studs were on my “to purchase” list for this fall b/c I seem to be wearing a lot of silver/gold combo but didn't have the “right” pair of studs for when everything else was already making a statement. Here's to hoping they look just as good in person!
