10th Commandment: September 3

  1. But they're just so uglyyyyy. :/

  2. Belle says:

They're jeans, how can they be ugly?

  3. Kristin says:

As a short-legged person with no hips and a flat ass, I find straight leg or skinny jeans much more flattering….but I may dig out that old pair of flares I have lurking in my closet, just for curiosity's sake. But what kind of top goes best with flares? You should do a post on that!

  4. D says:

Thank god for flare legs! My short legs and hips do not look good in skinnies.

  5. Carly says:

Can you please do a post on fall boots? I am so anxious to get some new boots but I am overwhelmed by all the options and styles out there.

  6. Stephanie says:

I love a great pair of bootcut jeans, but I just can't get behind flares. Too reminiscent of middle school and high school for me (especially in that last pic, where they're paired with white sneakers)!

  7. P says:

oh nooo this is awful news!

how do you work flare jeans with boots? jeans over the boot? squished into them? im really curious to know!

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
