Five Pre-Winter Picks from WHBM

White House Black Market is a retailer that I forget about and then, I walk by the store and think, “Why don’t I shop there more?” It’s a nice mix of work attire and work appropriate cocktail attire. So here are seven pieces from their new arrivals that I think you’ll like.

This blazer has ruched sleeves so you get that cool girl look without the effort. This green in lovely, but it comes in a selection of neutrals as well. Also in petite.

This embellished sweater has a great look for casual holiday parties. I would also just wear it on a Saturday for the joy of it.

I love this red dress. I like the loose fit of the skirt and the simple styling. I would wear this with an ivory or camel jacket and leopard flats. I would also wear it with tall brown boots and a belt.

Casual and professional, this peplum moto sweater is amazing. Three colors, also in petite. It’s the kind of piece you throw on when you have “nothing to wear” and look great in.

A 10/10 blouse. Solo, under a cardigan, with a blazer, it just hits. If you have a work holiday party, grab this blouse with its light velvet details, a pair of high waist, wide leg black pants, a high heel, and a big earring. Toss on some eyeliner and lipstick. It’s festive but not overly jolly.
