Last Week’s Bestsellers: October 13, 2026

Oct 13, 2026

Technically, these are not bestsellers, unless the mark of a best seller is how often it appears in my Sephora order history. These are the things I’ve purchased at least five times this year. Yes, you read that right, five times. Milk, bread, eggs, grapes, berries, and this list of expensive creams, serums, lotions, potions, and products. Let’s go.

Need a holiday gift? Theraplush makes this absolutely incredible discovery set. I’ve purchase the stand alone fragrance-free refill EIGHT times since last December. I have also purchased this set three times for friend gifts, because IT IS THE GIFT. You get the floral scented lotion, the fragrance-free and the milk scent. Also, the silver container, sublime.

There is a bottle of Prequel Gleanser in every shower in my home. There is one on my vanity. One on my guest bathroom vanity. And three more in the closet at the ready for refills and spontaneous gifting. The odds are VERY high that if you come to my home and tell me you use some other cleanser (like a newb), you are leaving with a bottle of this. In fact, I was at a toddler party this weekend and two Moms told me they had just purchased replacements for the bottles I gave them. I am an influencer, these are my stories. You can also buy it at Target.

The only mascara that I have purchased since before the pandemic comes from Caliray. Now, they make it in brown. Sephora lets you buy both because they understand a girl needs options.

I only started buying these Biodance Eye Masks this summer, and I have already purchased them five times. I love the Topicals Faded patches, but 5/$22 is not better than $30/$23. It’s like discovering the expensive olive oil is half the price at Costco. These hydrate, depuff, and just make you feel refreshed. Sloane has seen me in them so many times she put bandaids under her eyes and said it was her “beauty routine.”

I regret nothing, except my eyebrows from 1996-2009. I have been on a long journey to regrow them that has been mostly successful, the problem? Perimenopause and being 44. They are now lighter and thinning like a celebrity on a GLP-1. So I have been rebuying GrandeBrow to help them come back to life and it is working. Slower than I would like. But the Lord’s work takes time.

What is on your re-buy list? Leave it in the comments.

Completely agree on the gleanser body wash! As someone who can’t use anything with fragrance, this is my favorite. My mom (in her 70s) says it does wonders for mature dry skin.

  2. Laura says:

Caliray’s under eye concealer is also the best I’ve ever used (and I have some horrific dark circles, sensitive skin, and an aversion to full-face makeup)

  3. KateL says:

I’ve been re-buying L’Oréal double extend mascara for at least 15 years. I dabble with other mascaras and come back to it.

Other frequent re-buys: NYX epic ink liner and L’Oréal Wonder Water.

  4. BN says:

I own 4 of these 5 because of your recs – love them all! Thank you!

  5. R says:

I’ve had success regrowing my hypothyroid eyebrows over the past few months with minoxidil (got the rec from Sam Ellis on IG). I use the liquid (bought bottles from Costco) and apply it on my brows with a cotton swab.

I have been purchasing Caliray for years based on your recommendation (and the gleanser too!). However, have you found the mascara to be thick and dry the last year or so? I’ve tried purchasing online and in-store, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I have had to return/exchange at least 3 tubes of the mascara.

  7. HW says:

Gleanser just didn’t clean well enough for me (unpopular, I know), but topicals undereye patches are amazing, as is Grande Lash.

My #1 forever (amazing coverage/texture, doesn’t settle in lines, v. natural glow): IT Cosmetics CC+ Nude Glow Lightweight Foundation + Glow Serum w/SPF 40

I’ve tried all the dry shampoos and liked LP PHD Advanced Clean fine, but K18 Airwash blows them all out of the water–they all claim they clean, but this one *actually* does w/zero residue. Truly glorious.

    Also love:
-Tarte Shape Tape Concealer (hourglass airbrush settles into lines too much for me)
-Buxom Full-On Plumping Lip Glow Balm and Keys Soulcare Comforting Tinted Lip Balm (both good color, no precision needed, very moisturizing)
-Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C Vitamin C Power Serum (always buy on amazon or ulta sale)
-Microdart patches for discoloration (whicever is cheaper of Zitsticka hyperfade; Peace Out dark spots; Hero Cosmetics dark spot)
    -Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Cleanser
…and don’t sleep on Gold Bond, both Age Renew Retinol Overnight Body Lotion (purple label, for body) and Healing Hand Cream w/Aloe (for hands during winter)
    -Necessaire deodorant and fancy lotion

    And for intense keratosis pilaris:
    -Neostrata Glycolic Renewal Smoothing Lotion
    – CeraVe SA Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin
    – INKEY List Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Body Stick

  8. SC says:

I’m basically not interested in trying new products lately…feels like too much effort, and what if they suck? My skin has dried out and gotten way more sensitive as I’m aging, so find things that it likes I stick with them!

My standbys are: Vanicream lotion (in the tube), La Roche Posay gentle face cleanser, low-dose tret (via Curology), Isntree sunscreen SPF 50, L’Oreal Panorama Volume mascara, Charlotte Tilbury airbrush powder and setting spray, and GA Luminous Silk (applied very thinly).

I do like Gleanser as body wash, but I am having a torrid affair with the Sol de Janeiro foaming shower oil (purple bottle) right now. Smells SO good and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry.
