Today, I shared with you your new favorite spring/summer shirt. She is beauty, she is grace, she needs styling. Here are two ways to wear it.

One. I never hate on a cargo pant. I just want them to be as sleek as is humanly possible. I don’t want them with structure, minimal pockets, and a subtle utility. No barrel legs. No joggers. No draw string. No washed out fabric at the seams. Just crisp olive pants with pockets. These Wilfred pants from Aritzia are the pick.
If you want something a little more relaxed, these linen pants are nice. I also found these Land’s End chinos that come are size inclusive.
For the rest of the outfit, I chose these Margaux woven sandals because the espresso color is one of my most worn purchases from last year. I like the texture they add to the outfit. I also added a simple leather tote from Cuyana, because I didn’t want the bag to distract from the look.
The accessories consist of very cool, relaxed aviator sunglasses from Ray-Ban. I like that I can wear these on the hiking trail and to the patio for brunch, and they’re suitable for both. I also added in these very cool MV hoops that I still think are so chic if you love hoops. If you need something more affordable, try these squarish hoops on for size.
For the hair, if you want the look to be more elegant, wear it up. If you are truly going casual, wear it down. But either way, make sure you have a good coat of mascara and a little brown sugar lip color on your lips.
Prefer to make this a casual work look? Wear an olive trouser instead, then add a woven black, pointed toe flat and a skinny belt.
Two. I really wanted to wear shorts with this top. The proportions of the wider, boxier top with the 5″ not-too-short shorts is really a way to wear a casual outfit with some sophistication. Spanx (yes, that Spanx) makes my favorite shorts. They are comfortable, flattering, and they don’t wrinkle as much as other shorts due to the thicker material. They also come in a range of sizes and inseams.
I added these M.Gemi Una slingbacks because they are my most worn shoe of the spring. Comfortable out of the box, these have gotten almost as many complements as the top. They’re modern and feminine in the blue. They also come in a selection of neutrals. I love them for casual wear or for work. I do need to spray them with protectant, however.
If you stop with the shoes and the shorts, you can add the sunglasses, be done and it’s a finished look. If you don’t want to keep accessorizing, I like that the raffia tote and the chunky bangles bring in some casual, summer vibes. For a more refined raffia bag, try this affordable Urban Expressions bag. But you can also choose a more sophisticated large clutch and the bangles if you want it to feel more city summer than beach summer.
I would definitely wear my hair up in a sleek bun with this look. Or perhaps, a high pony. I would also make sure to add some bronzy contour to my cheeks.
