Who are you shopping for? Who is left on your list? I solicited questions from Instagram last week, and I wanted to answer a few of them here. If you have more, leave them in the comments.
My MIL, no hobbies, doesn’t read much, no plants, no food, no jewelry.
Wow. I would recommend two gifts: Rothy’s Clogs or Artifact Uprising’s photo calendars.
The Clogs are super comfortable, easy to wear, and can be worn as shoes or slippers. I adore mine so much, I bought the cozy version for winter.
The photo calendars can be customized with new and old photos of family and friends, and the styles are endless. You can choose from wall calendars or desk calendars. I thought this was a silly gift when I received it last year. Yeah, I secretly loved the chic easel calendar.
Need a third option? Almost no one would be disappointed with a spa visit. Almost no one.
My brother! Please help…he works in tech and is minimalist.
Kyle just started wearing this Untuckit Wrinkle Free Longsleeve Polo. He loves it. Comfortable. A little dressy. It’s perfect for a tech guy.
I need a gift for my daughter. She just started law school. Budget is $200.
Rochelle Behrens makes the best button up shirt. Both their cotton Icon shirt and their crepe Signature shirt are both fantastic. Would be great for “dressing up” in a piece that can be worn casually to class or dressy under a suit.
Other gifts that I would recommend: A personalized leather pouch, filled with the best highlighters, a coffee gift card, some blue light glasses, and a cool sweatshirt for cold classrooms.
Thank god. My Father in Law only wants golf gifts. No one else golfs.
Greyson is the brand of choice in our house. Chic, well made, not as played out as Travis Mathew. Love this cashmere Dad hat.
Other than that, Hickory Flag Co. makes chic golf flags that hang on the wall. They have the storied courses like Bandon Dunes, and a handful of local courses. You can also get a golf course print.
Need a stocking stuffer? This stamp lets you mark your balls. My Dad swears it makes them easier to find.
What is Sloane getting? My niece is the same age. I’m clueless.
Sloane is getting a fossil-digging kit. She also loves this ice cream set from Melissa & Doug. And as a toddler Mom, we can always use more socks. These Bluey ones are popular.
A gift for my BFF who has everything she needs.
I just want to spend time with my friends. There’s so little time for it these days. So I would recommend scheduling a class — flower arranging, wine tasting, etc. — and going together. Or maybe a trip to a fancy restaurant with a hotel sleepover tacked on. My MOH and I did a hotel staycation last year and it was so much fun.
What are you telling Kyle you want?
Is six more hours in the day a gift I can have? No, sad. That’s all I actually need.
I have been looking for a necklace with a pendant for a while. I haven’t found the one I want. This one is close, but not quite it.
I think I’m going to ask him to make a donation to a charity in my name. My friend runs the domestic violence legal clinic at our local YWCA, so that will probably be the recipient.

For the MIL and/or BFF, I say go with an event. Tickets to something you both would enjoy going to or she would enjoy going to with someone else if she doesn’t live close. Both my MIL and BFF want more time together. One of them is getting tickets to a Broadway show coming to our town and the other tickets to Cirque.
The Melissa and Doug ice cream set is a great gift. My daughter is 7 and still plays with hers regularly.
