The Sephora Sale begins today, offering 20% off for Rouge members. I have saved a wishlist of items for this sale, because who doesn’t love a discount? Here are the items that I bought when the clock struck 6:00AM ET.

This Innisfree Retinol Serum is my new nighttime serum At $37, it’s a mid-price serum, from a great brand, that works well.

This Soft Services Therplush Hand Lotion is one of the best things I bought last year. 1) It works very well. (I apply it every night before bed.) 2) It makes an incredible gift for any woman in your life. 3) It looks great sitting on your nightstand. 4) I love any product that lets me buy a refill and saves the waste.

The Dior Forever Glow Star Filter is one of the most satisfying products that I have ever purchased. Layer it under foundation for a lit-from-within-glow, or wear it solo. One bottle lasted me 10-months. Fabulous product. Worth every penny.

This Summer Fridays Dream Lip Oil is my favorite lip product. It barely edges out the Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm. I would buy either because they give you gorgeous color and comfortable wear.

I have been consistently repurchasing this K18 Leave In Hair Mask for five years. It’s been so good for my heavily heat treated hair. The larger size is a much better deal, and I like picking it up at the sale.

Touchland Hand Sanitizer is the best stocking stuffer. Grab them in bulk during the sale.

I needed some new makeup brushes, and I need something well made, but not spendy. This set from Sephora Collection is the one. Can’t wait for a refresh.

We do love a sale!
For folks who aren’t Rouge tier but want Star Filter, Macy’s has it for 15% off now through the 4th. I just ordered my first bottle from there on your recommendation.
Have you considered Rx retinol vs OTC beauty brands? I ask because Rx is cheaper and is required to meet certain potency requirements by virtue of being Rx – but brands at Sephora/Ulta/etc are not.
I don’t tolerate the prescription strength well.
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. I tend to use 0.025% or 0.05% and am amazed that anyone can handle more, so I get that.
If you’re up against an FSA deadline, Touchland is also a good way to spend out a few remaining funds.
I just got turned onto that K18 leave-in mask and I was devastated to find that it makes a MASSIVE difference. Thanks for the heads up on the sale.
Hey, any chance you could fix the archive page of your website (https://caphillstyle.com/blog-archives)? I keep getting an error message saying the page doesn’t exist and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t scroll back to find the miso caramel cookie recipe you posted a few weeks back. 🙂
I’ll reach out to my designer and see if she can fix it. Here are the cookies: https://arthsiao21.wixsite.com/jennifer-hsiao1/post/browned-butter-miso-toffee-chocolate-chip-cookies
Thank you!!
