It’s that time again.  The day when every influencer fires up her social media channels to shout from on high about the glorious, wonderful, heaven-sent #NSale.  For me, I have a nostalgic connection to this day of days, but it is still just a sale.  A good sale (unlike some others, I thought the preview looked good this year), but a sale nonetheless.

I wanted to start the morning with my absolute best picks.  The pieces I am hoping (maybe praying) are still available with the sale hits for me on Friday.  So let’s go.

This AllSaints Leather Jacket in this soft purple is my #1 pick.  It gives an edgy, moto look in a feminine color palette, and I adore it.

I’ve been looking for a sweet necklace to wear since Sloane was born.  This Monica Vinader heart pendant gives me that sentimental feel without being too cutesy.  If you don’t mind paying full price, you can also buy this from MV directly and have it engraved.

I need a casual coat.  I can no longer wear my work coat on weekends without ruining it.  This Pendleton Hayden coat is water repellant and styled for casual days.  It also comes in two colors, navy and oatmeal.

These Faye boots are everything I need in a casual work or weekend boot.  They also come in black.  That stacked heel is going to be awesome for walking, so stable.

 This Zella Quilted Cocoon Vest is oversized in the best way.  I’ll be wearing it all fall.  (And keeping a Tide pen in the pocket.)
