No words helped me much when I was in the thick of postpartum misery, so all I’ll say is it’s awful and I’m so sorry you’re going through it.

Hang in there, Abra. If working on this blog gives you joy or at least a welcome break, great. If it’s feeling like a drain, forget it. Nothing is more important that your well-being right now.

Take care of yourself and give yourself grace. Post-partum is legitimately one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. All the virtual hugs!
Sending hugs. Postpartum health challenges on top of caring for a newborn is crazy hard. Take care of yourself as best you can.
PPA/PPD is the worst. Focus on what makes you happy and whole. You are enough.
I’ve been there, and it’s brutal. But it will pass — just remember that. It may not seem like it now, but know that you will come out on the other side of this experience. Take care.
