Seven Things I Bought at the Nordstrom Sale

Sep 8, 2022

I am finally back in misses clothing after a ten-month sojourn through the hit-or-miss world of maternity wear.  And with 30,000 items currently on sale at Nordstrom, I decided to pick up a few basic pieces for fall/winter.  Here is what filled my shopping bag.

This Leah Lace Mixed Sweater would look great with jeans or trousers.  Love the texture.

These Zella High Waist Faux Leather Hybrid Leggings give you the look of leather with the comfort of a softer fabric.

The mixed metal on these Nugget Drop Earrings is very chic, and they cost under-$20.

This Signature sweater dress is the perfect pick for a conference. Layer on a blazer or cardigan during the day, wear it with big earrings at night.

This Halogen coat comes in both plus and misses.  I love the verdant hue for bringing color to cold-weather pieces.

I really hoped these Blondo waterproof boots would go on sale so I could snap them up.  I love it when a plan comes together.

I need a pair of transition jeans to get me through this post-maternity phase.  These Ab-solution jeans have a little bit of core support to smooth things out, but they still fit comfortably.

I have a pair of Wit and Wisdom jeans and have to say, they are as comfy as the brand promises. Hope you like them. Question about the Blondo boots- what kind of pants do you plan to wear them with? Ankle jeans? Longer pants and tuck them in? Thank you!

The Find: A Versatile Sweater Jacket

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.
