The “brain dump!” My former boss / mentor (also a former NASA engineer) told me about that trick. He said he keeps a pad or stickies on his bedside table, so if he wakes up in the middle of the night concerned about something, he would would just write it down to get it out of his head. I started making a list each evening before signing off work that helps calm me down.

Wow! This is the first post (compilation) I’ve read of yours, and your choices are like a breath of fresh air to me! I will absolutely be coming back. I am so glad you’re sharing things like food extinction (and how to help!). The viral comic hit way too hard, and I’m not even a parent. I had no idea I have these imposed views. I’m so glad I can move forward with self-awareness and start to make a shift. 🙂
