Coat Week: Long Puffer Coats

If you live in a cold, windy part of the country, no coat will serve you better on bitterly cold days than a puffer.  The look has never been my favorite, but walking through wet, gusty weather, you start to appreciate the utility of a long puffer.  Here are a few fabulous puffer coats in different price ranges.
