The Range: Dresses for Work

Jun 10, 2021

For this morning’s post, I’ve put together dresses for the professional office in four different price ranges.  They’re not the same color or style.  But every one would be perfect for heading back into the office this summer.

Corner Office

This Farrah Utility Dress from Reiss is just phenomenal.  I have been searching for a reason to buy it for weeks.  I’m sure I’ll find one eventually.

Cubicle Farm

MM LaFleur has some really wonderful pieces for summer.  I adore this Jillian dress in rainforest crepe.  It works in any season.

Front Desk

This J.Crew Factory Ruffle Neck Sheath has an easy shape and lovely details.  I adore it for layering summer looks.

Plus-Size

The twist neck styling on this Eloquii Sheath Dress is pretty fab.  A versatile choice for work or weddings.

That Jillian dress is absolute perfection — and I no longer have any reason to wear it. 🙁

  2. Chelsea says:

Let us know how the sheer top, boob pockets, and midi length work out on that first dress. Very curious, especially from a workwear perspective. What bra would you wear with it?

The Find: Bright and Striped

For the past few years, the wardrobes of many influencers have tilted toward the beige and boring.  I’m all for a good basic, but staple pieces can only take you so far.  Sometimes, you need to wear something that has a little something extra, and this sale-priced tee certainly does.
