Love that graphic on turning sorry into thank you! Looks like a good strategy,
I say I’s sorry too much, Thank you for the words to reframe!!
Love the “thank you” ideas!
I started standing at my bar-height kitchen table / home office after experiencing severe back pain I never had when I had my ergonomic chair at the office. I definitely have to watch out for leg fatigue and posture still but I love it and imagine I will have a hard time switching back to sitting full time. queue convertible standing desks!
If you have a standing desk and haven’t loved it, seriously give anti fatigue mats a try. I picked one up and it’s made standing much more comfortable.
I bought that blouse about a year ago in three colors and I abosutely love it – total workhorse in my wardrobe. I can’t stand structured blouses and it is the perfect alternative for work or for play!
That blouse is my ride-or-die. I love it loose over leggings for WFH but used to wear it tucked into pencil skirts and trousers and with a front tuck over slim pants. I have about 12 of them. I find them often on Poshmark for less than $20. They wash and wear like iron and flow comfortably. Highly recommend!
