You’ll have to forgive me, I have t-shirt dresses on the brain. Somehow, I lost a box of clothes in the move. It’s three days before summer starts, and I need t-shirt dresses — the foundation of my casual wear pyramid. Luckily, Lou & Grey is here to help.
This Striped Tee Dress is the perfect mix of swingy and summery. The stripes are a classic, but the folded sleeve keeps it from being boring. I also love the more relaxed fit.
For the eco-conscious, this dress is made sustainably in India from organic cotton. LOFT is also making this striped cardigan using the same practices. You can learn more about the factory and the process here.
Plus-size? This Marc New York dress has the same look in your size.

I would love a post on how to style these. It may just be because I’m petite but I always worry I look like I’m wearing a long shirt, pajama-style in these!
Yes, would love a 3 ways post!
Yes please! I’m a fellow shortie at 5’2 and a bit curvy
Coming here to say this – I’ve never figured out how to wear tshirt dresses without looking like I’m wearing a sack.
I think you’re kind of supposed to look like you’re wearing a sack.
I bought this dress on your recommendation and cannot recommend it enough to fellow readers:

Despite the fact that it’s actually just a massive t-shirt, my finance said it’s one of the most flattering garments I own (hourglass figure) and it looks that way to me too. And it’s $26. And comes in XS-XXL. And there are 8 colors.
Sometimes I belt mine – I’m 5′ and a little added in the tummy area so helps give me more of a waist. Or I put on a cute jean jacket iwth it and block sandals and call it a day. If I didn’t just buy another black and white t-shirt dress to add to the two I already have I’d totally snatch this up…
