Buy a Cool Tote, Support Women in Politics

Oct 16, 2018

Republican, Democrat, or Independent, you’re going to love this bag.  And you’re going to love the cause it supports.

Yeah, this Wildfang by R29 bag the best thing I’ve seen in a while.  And the proceeds will help raise $100,000 for SheShouldRun a non-partisan organization that helps women run for office.

(I also had to buy this Shirley Chisholm key chain, because Shirley was a total boss.)

Get it, girl!

    Christmas presents….done!

Never have I been so tempted to purchase a $17 key-chain. Looking for that in a print form! 🙂

  3. Nan says:

I love the keychain! I was already to get the tote as well but for the use of the word, “f*cking”. Why must we go there? Crude ways of communicating seems to be the order of the day. Regardless of political affiliation, I won’t support anyone/any business that doesn’t have the class to communicate well, on a tote or otherwise. .

Cursing and communicating well aren’t the same thing. It may not be appropriate for you, but it may be just fine for others.

  4. Nan says:

certainly you can “communicate well” in the sense that your message is clear and understood. The message on this tote comes out loud and clear. My use of the words, “communicating well” had more to do with civility and integrity. I long to see our culture rise above rather than sink low. I know its just a tote but its carried round and seen by all ages. Ask you self some tough questions about how you contribute to the greater good in everything that you do. And please vote because its the right thing to do!

My dark under eye circles have been the bane of my existence since I was 12. Is the cause lack of sleep? Dehydration? Sinus issues? Stress? Who the hell knows. But there they are, every day, telling the world that I am an exhausted working Mom.

Sloane loves the pool. She jumps from the deck into the water with a crash, never considering her own safety, only to emerge on the surface, shouting “Again!” The pool is my daughter’s happy place. But no place where I need to wear a swimsuit in public is a happy one for me.

The Mondays: July 22, 2024

The Crowdstrike/Microsoft Meltdown forced me to take a few days off this weekend. No laptop. No billable hours. So we packed Sloane up for a visit to a local llama farm, stopped by the pool, went for coffee, etc. Few things are as funny as watching a 23-month old feed carrots to a ravenous rescue […]
