Your Summer Beauty Must-Have

May 23, 2018

Summer, a time when our skin sees the sun for the first time in months, and most of us want it to be in good shape.  But what do you do when you can’t reach certain parts of it?  For everyone who has backless, strappy, or halter summer dresses they want to wear, this post is for you.

Exfoliating your back is difficult, but it is so necessary.  Shampoo residue, sweat, dead skin all accumulate and build up and make things less than ideal.  So what do you do?

This Back Scrubber ($13) is a long piece of cotton/nylon with handles on each end that allows you to exfoliate your back without dislocating your shoulder.  At three-feet long, it allows you get those hard to reach places.  It’ll clear up those bumpy areas, and scrub away dead skin like a dream.  You can also use it on the back of your thighs to stimulate blood flow and minimize the appearance of cellulite.

If you’re an Amazon addict, this Kuma Japanese Washcloth ($11) offers virtually the same product.

So if you need to give your back a good scrub before summer gets going in earnest, this is the product for you.  Because dull skin is no one’s friend.

The Find: My Best Workout Shorts

For eight years, I have worn the same workout shorts. Every year, an influencer tries to sell me new shorts. I order them. I try them on. They pale in comparison to the shorts I already own. I return them.
