I loved the small talk piece.

I have the Lodis Audrey card case and a matching slim wallet. The leather is very nice, and I liked having a lot of color choices.

  2. Valerie says:

I have tried the Clinique Matte lip powder. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I quite like it. I have the Blossom colour and wear it over lip balm so it is not too drying. The colour is very long lasting and you are able to vary the intensity with the application. I do not like a strong matte look as I find it to be aging but the lip balm takes the edge off in just the right amount for me.

  3. Mary G. says:

I know you mentioned financial topics in a previous post – I just finished “Get a Financial Life” by Beth Kobliner, and I could not recommend it more highly (it’s been in print since ’96). She’s actually speaking tomorrow at sixth&i.

  4. Hilary says:

Just a heads up that my kids each had the 02 Cooler bottle and they are so hard to get/keep clean! I ended up having to throw them away after noticing mold forming in an unreachable crevice.

  5. Michaela says:

The Dear John letter is SO good. Thanks for the laughs.

  6. Loving the Dear John letter. Thanks so much for linking!

  7. Kim says:

Belle! There’s a family owned shop on etsy that sells handmade versions of these. I have them in 3 colors & have worn them regularly for 3 yrs.

It’s allegedly spring. However, for every minute of sunshine, there seems to be an hour of rain and gloom. So while I’d love to wear lighter spring pieces, it’s time to bring on the layers.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
