4) The Reiss Outlet let’s you snag their fashionable pieces at drastically reduced prices. This navy frock would be great for a summer wedding. I also love this gorgeous, wrap-style skirt.
5) A California teacher is on the brink of being fired. His crime? Refusing to regularly search his students for weapons.
6) I spotted this cheeky makeup bag at Sephora and had to have it. I also love this one with rose gold embossed details.

thanks for clearing that up. there are so many sites like goodreads, brainy quote, etc. that it’s become impossible to check the attribution of the quotes.
Regarding the cheeky makeup bag that said that losing the makeup bag would be a tragedy:
I was on a business trip a couple years ago travelling alone. I was speaking to a man in line in front of me about how excited he was to get home to see his wife, etc. When I got through the TSA check I noticed that my makeup bag with fluids was missing. When I asked about it, I was informed that they had put it in my husbands bag… meaning the bag of the gentleman in front of me. I did loose my makeup bag- but I’m sure he had a worse time explaining away the bag of strange women’s toiletries in his luggage!
I don’t know if TSA just assumes the bag is on top of my suitcase when it goes through the machine, but I never ever ever get asked to take my toiletry bag out of my bag while traveling in the US (I know the videos and signs say to, but I have enough to deal with between the shoes, coat, scarf, laptop…). They’ll catch if you have something more than 3 oz., as I’ve forgotten to take those out in the past and they’ll stop the bag, but could generally care less if my bag of tiny bottles in my bag or out on the tray on its own. Oh, and super weird that they just put your makeup bag in someone else’s bag, even if they assumed you were together.
I once made it through security at Newark airport with pepper spray in the zippered compartment of my purse. I had completely forgotten it was in there and they never found it. Not exactly comforting! Two museums in DC have found it right away though. I’m so used to having it on my keys that I’m terrible about accidentally going through security with it in my bag
I walked through with a large snowglobe my mom had given me for Christmas. Thought I’d put it in the checked luggage, was floored to find it in the bottom of my rolling carry-on when I got home.
