Inside the reader mail bag there are questions about summer beauty, hiring a personal shopper, navigating a sudden breakouts, and more. Let’s dig in!
And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.

This week, I fell mindlessly into my phone more than I think I ever have. My screen time went from 3.5 hours per day to 5 hours per day. But the increased eye strain did lead to some good finds. Just going to leave this right here. (I really need to work on “Didn’t make […]
These are gorgeous, but NSFW!
I’m a regular reader, via feedly, and can usually tell by the post title what’s safe to open at work and what’s not– and in my casual office, opening a page with the title “Morning Line” and seeing blouses or blazers wouldn’t cause anyone to raise eyebrows around me. I get that this is a fun post for a friday, but maybe you could give us an idea of what the post contains in the title!
Agreed!
Maybe you shouldn’t read at work if it’s a problem. I carry my IPod and check favorite blogs on it during lunch. My office wouldn’t be thrilled if they saw me scoping out shopping ideas -regardless of the item- on work time anyway…plus, a lot of the hyperlinks I want to check out are blocked on government computers.
I specifically chose images that did not have the bras on a model. So I did take into account not wanting someone to walk by and thinking your looking at something you shouldn’t be. I don’t think an image of just a bra is nsfw, but if you do,then I would think being seen looking at any clothing item might be a problem.
A picture of a bra is NSFW? Seriously?
If there had been a half-naked woman in it, I’d agree, but this is rather harmless I think.
