Gift Guide: Tory Burch + FitBit Flex

FitBit Flex ($99) and Tory Burch FitBit Pendant ($175)

If your loved one is into counting their daily steps, monitoring their sleep pattern, or just planning to get in shape in the New Year, consider buying them an activity monitor.  Tory Burch took FitBit into fashionable territory with a coordinating line of jewelry.  The pendant above comes in your choice of yellow, rose, or white gold.  She also offers a hinged bracelet for those who like to keep their tracker on their wrist.

Looking for a less fancy activity monitor?  I love my Misfit Shine ($99).  I bought the champagne color and a coordinating band, so it looks sleeker than the black/gold combo that it comes in.  But I also love the burgundy hue that it comes in.

Has anyone purchased the bracelet one? I noticed that it’s only available in one size (I wear the bigger of the two fitbit bands) and I don’t know whether it would be okay on my wrist.

If you click on size chart and scroll all the way to the bottom it has details on the fit of the bracelet. I think it said inside circumference is 6.7″.

  2. Kim says:

My fit bit came with a black holder with a hook like a belt clip. I just clip it into my bra and no one ever sees it. Not that the Tory Burch pendant isn’t beautiful!

If someone gave me a fitbit for any occasion I would be insulted beyond words.

    • Cait says:

I don’t think it would be offensive if you gave the Tory Burch pendant or bracelet as an “upgrade” to someone who already has a fitbit, but I can see how an unsolicited gift of a fitbit could be awkward. It’s one of those gifts where you should know the person well enough to make sure they won’t be insulted.
