This week’s libation, the Winter Thyme & Lime Cocktail, comes from Sweet Paul Magazine. The cocktail mixes the herbal flavors of gin, St. Germain and thyme with lime and simple syrup. It’s the kind of cocktail that is refreshing enough for summer, but spiced for the chilly months.
