I love a short-sleeve top with a silky texture.  It’s a great layering piece that you can wear to work or on the weekends.  And this $20 Target blouse, which comes in several colors, is a good option if you’re looking to give this style a try before investing in more expensive pieces.

Looking to spend a little more?  Iris & Ink makes a great short sleeve blouse in three neutral colors.  Mango also has a $40 option with a satin finish that comes in a handful of hues.

Already have the basics covered? Check out this printed, chiffon wrap blouse from Mango or this black and navy color block blouse from DvF.  I’d be happy to have both in my closet.

Plus-size: Eileen Fisher makes her cap-sleeve tee in several colors for $128, the Target blouse also goes up to size 18.  Petite: Eileen Fisher also makes her silk tees in petite.

The Range: Spring Blouses for Work (or Zoom)

Since Sloane was born, I’ve fallen hard into a black, white, and blue wardrobe. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as spring blooms, I need a little color in my wardrobe (and probably a little print too). Here are a few tops that caught my eye for work.
