I was working on the Two Ways post last night and created something that I wasn’t happy with. I’m going to do some more work on it tonight and see if I can’t improve it. I’ll put it up as soon as I’m finished, but I just wasn’t comfortable showing something in a post that I wouldn’t wear myself.

My dark under eye circles have been the bane of my existence since I was 12. Is the cause lack of sleep? Dehydration? Sinus issues? Stress? Who the hell knows. But there they are, every day, telling the world that I am an exhausted working Mom.
Every now and again, I spot a piece on sale and I have to have it. I need it. I cannot live without it. Recently, I spotted a jersey tee at Boden that takes a casual top to the next level, and I just needed to share.
Sloane loves the pool. She jumps from the deck into the water with a crash, never considering her own safety, only to emerge on the surface, shouting “Again!” The pool is my daughter’s happy place. But no place where I need to wear a swimsuit in public is a happy one for me.

I love your site, but more importantly I love your honesty. Too often I feel the same dread, and I love to see that someone else takes the time to make it right. As my mother says “If you have time to do it twice, you have time to do it right.”

I have several lace shell tops and am eagerly anticipating this Two-Ways! Since it’s one I will most likely copy, thank you for taking the time to put together something you love!
What about doing the two ways post and also showing the original that you put together and didn’t like. You can discuss what you didn’t like about the original one. I think it would be interesting to hear your critique on why something doesn’t work.
