Jones New York Plus-Size Shell ($84)
Yesterday, we talked about sleeveless shells for the office. This pretty floral shell is a great choice, and it comes in misses ($79) as well. This petite silk shell has a nearly identical floral pattern and costs $59.
I also found this orange floral-printed shell and this drape neck printed shell. And this lace-printed shell is cute and inexpensive.
Looking for a top with texture? I found this great eyelet shell and this sleeveless Boden blouse is Broderie with a Peter Pan collar and comes in a lot of fun colors. Both would look fabulous under a crew neck cardigan or without.
But if it’s basics that you’re after, I found this pintucked sleeveless blouse is lovely, this contrasting tie-neck is also nice ($25!) and this ponte Banana Republic top is a great basic.
Petite? This tie-neck top is versatile, and this printed top has a shallow cap sleeve. Plus-size? I like this zig-zag print top and this pleated top would look awesome belted underneath a cardigan or alone.
So grateful that you include plus!
Agreed. Good form. 🙂
Joining the chorus–thank you!
I really like that eyelet shell! It would be mine if I weren’t currently pregnant.
Nice! Shells are great for summer–they keep you from roasting on the way to work in a sleeved top and keep you from freezing once in the office (definitely a problem for me) when you layer a blazer over them.

I love that you include plus sizes in these. I actually ordered the white pin tuck top from Nordstrom after seeing it here (it’s part of their sale rigt now) and it came last night.
I’m going to leave a review on Nordstrom’s site and at Amazon but thought I would comment here in case any of your readers are still looking at it.
The quality and fit are excellent, but it is very sheer. It comes with a white (also sheer) cami underneath and I added a second nude cami because you could still see my bra’s stitching.
