And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
Ha, the Forever21 blouse is actually my favorite…that's reassuring! Would you wear this style tucked in or not like in the pictures?
Silk for $18?
The Forever 21 blouse is indeed polyester. So is the second one. Ann Taylor Loft has similar styles right now, also polyester. I appreciate that polyester is easy to wash and of course the price is nice — just don't like when it's scratchy, which I thought was the case with the Ann Taylor Loft versions.
Jill: True. Even the more expensive designers are using fewer natural fibers, I think the cost of silk and cotton is forcing people to the other side.
