I’m taking today off so that I can enjoy a mini-vacation with my parents and The Nana.  But I know that you ladies need some light reading to help you through long Friday afternoons, so I thought I’d put up a list of some the other blogs that I have been loving lately.

Chevrons & Stripes

Pink Peonies

Damsel in Dior

This Time Tomorrow

The Glossarie

The Fashion Magpie

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to shop til’ I drop and eat enough sweet potato pie to turn me a Snooki shade of orange.  Enjoy your weekend and the last of the Recess!

Feel free to suggest some other great blogs (fashion or otherwise) in the comments.

And I must say that as a fellow DC girl, I love that I can really relate to your posts.

    Cheers,

I like many of these blogs but I just can't with Pink Peonies. The lipliner!

    And the religion!

  6. BB says:

    Maharani,

Huh? Regarding 'Pink Peonies' and her religion, she's not forcing anyone to convert to being a Mormon. It's who she is, what she believes it, and more power to her for expressing herself. I visit her blog for her lovely, fun, colorful fashion sense, and perhaps you should do the same.

Thanks Belle for all the other blog links.

Business Casual Outfit: Linen Closet

And just like that, it’s April. Summer is almost upon us, and the retailers are filled with linen wares. Now, you know that I am usually unwilling to wear linen to work due to the wrinkles. But in this post-pandemic world, perhaps my mind can change.
